WHOLESALE ACCOUNT REQUIREMENTS:

To qualify for wholesale pricing, applicants must provide one of the following:

• Valid Business License
• Resale Certificate / Sales Tax Permit
• EIN Documentation
• Other proof of an active retail business, subject to approval

All wholesale accounts are subject to review and approval by SandyToes Sips.

MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS

Opening Order Minimum:
$250 wholesale purchase minimum

Reorder Minimum:
$100 wholesale purchase minimum

Orders below the minimum requirements may not qualify for wholesale pricing.

PAYMENT TERMS

• Payment is required in full before orders are processed and fulfilled.
• Accepted payment methods will be provided upon approval.

PRICING

Wholesale pricing is 50% off our Customer prices.

Wholesale pricing is confidential and intended solely for approved wholesale accounts.

PRODUCT RESALE

Products purchased through the SandyToes Sips Wholesale Program are intended for resale through approved retail locations.

Wholesale products may not be resold through third-party online marketplaces without prior written approval.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

Lead times may vary based on inventory availability and order volume.

SandyToes Sips will communicate estimated fulfillment timelines at the time of ordering.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Any damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 3 business days of receipt. Documentation may be required for replacement consideration.

ACCOUNT STATUS

SandyToes Sips reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or terminate wholesale accounts at any time if program requirements are not met.
